เกี่ยวกับบทบาท
- Organize plan and co-ordinate with relate department
- Co-ordinate with forwarder and shipping agents.
- Check the accuracy of the details for booking such as item, volume, mode of shipping, incoterm etc.
- Issue and correct shipping documents such as invoice & packing list, booking confirmation, export entry etc.
- Provide shipping documents included COA to customer via email and send hardcopy by courier as well
- Responsible for proper handling of export samples
- Regularly update to concerned people on the export shipments
- Submit monthly reports to the Import-Export Manager for the export expenses, courier expenses etc.
- For products classified under Dangerous Goods, ensure that the products have the permission to export
- Control and Management export the goods to expeditiously the customer
- Keep KPI and follow up target
- Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 including the rules of company.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
ทักษะและประสบการณ์ของคุณ
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administrator. or any other related field.
Experience & Background:
- At least 1 year work experience in import functions
- Has a good understanding on the process of importation of goods in Thailand and logistics.
- Good English language communication skills
- Good MS office and computer skills, able to learn and use other programs such as ERP, AXATA, etc.
- Keen to details, service minded, and results driver.
